Shipping
Shipping Options: In appreciation for our customers, we offer a flat shipping rate. We currently only ship to all 50 United States.
Order Processing Time: Craft products are handmade in house and require 3-5 days processing. If processing time is extended, the customer will be notified via email.
Delivery Addresses: Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address after order completion.
International Orders: International Orders are not currently avalible.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been dispatched, the customer will receive an email with tracking information for the package
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges: We sincerely want you to be very happy with your purchase! Please read our return policy and contact us with any concerns.
We do accept alternate item exchanges if the original item is in 'new' and 'unused' condition (i.e. residue, stains, odors. etc.). The customer is responsible for return shipping. All clearance sales final.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery date
For fpv frame returns the item must be unused in original packaging to qualify.
Please contact us at Info@Robinsonhobbies.com before sending anything back to recieve return authorization instructions. Payment will not be refunded if customer doesn’t follow return authorization instructions.
If an item arrives damaged contact us at Info@Robinsonhobbies.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We wil review the photos and arrange a replacement or refund if possible
Used, crashed or modified drone frames and 3d printed parts are not eligible for returns.
The customer will be responsible for return costs unless the return is due to a Robinson Hobbies error.
Original shipping fees are not refundable.
